4.3. Player Profiles and Comments

When contributing to player profiles:

5. FACIAL RECOGNITION AND PHOTOGRAPHY

5.1. Photo Submissions

When uploading player photos for identification:

• Ensure you have taken the photo in a public setting where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy
• Do not upload photos taken in restricted areas of casinos or poker rooms
• Do not upload photos that violate venue policies
• Focus photos on facial features for identification purposes

5.2. Facial Recognition Use

Our facial recognition technology is designed solely for player identification within the poker community. By using this feature, you agree to:

• Use it only for the legitimate purpose of identifying poker opponents
• Follow all local laws and regulations regarding biometric data and facial recognition
• Be discreet and respectful when using this feature in poker venues

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

6.1. User Contributions

You retain any copyright or other rights you may have in the content you submit to FeltID. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purposes of providing and improving our Services.

6.2. Community Data

Aggregated ratings, statistics, and player profiles generated through community contributions are collective works owned by FeltID. Individual contributions remain attributed to their authors but become part of our comprehensive player database.

7. REPUTATION SYSTEM AND MODERATION

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FELTID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeltID and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. TERM AND TERMINATION

FeltID is designed as a tool for poker players, but we recognize that venues have varying policies regarding electronic devices and player notes. It is your responsibility to comply with all venue-specific rules regarding:

• Use of electronic devices at poker tables
• Taking notes on opponents
• Photography within the venue
• Accessing player information during gameplay

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

15.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FeltID regarding your use of the Services.

15.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
